If we don't believe in the story, then we don't move forward with the project .Vulcan seeks to build lasting relationships with its investors and its communities where it builds. We look long-term and seek to be responsible partners by operating with integrity and an eye toward the future.
Research Process
Vulcan Real Estate Development is more than a developer. We are partners, investors, and owners of everything we build. We employ a top-down and bottom-up research process that identifies both the macro picture to support our decision to move forward and the micro picture at the asset level to demonstrate the viability of the project. Without a clear picture to support our story, we won't move forward with the project. It's really that simple.
