Extra Space Self Storage
In cooperation with the Garver Development Group, Vulcan co-developed this facility, renovating and expanding a former printing factory into a 98,200 sf drive-thru facility. Extra Space manages this facility consisting of climate-controlled units, drive-up units, and a two-story indoor car park. The self-storage component of the facility is powered by a state-of-the-art rooftop solar array.

Riverbend Hotel & Suites by Wyndham
Vulcan designed and developed this 43-room boutique hotel with a rooftop bar and event center. The hotel overlooks the historic Ashtabula Harbor, with views of the liftbridge and the river bending into Lake Erie. The hotel is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2024.
